Alan Gale, Associate Broker - Commercial Specialist
Alan Albert Gale is a second generation Realtor. He entered the
business in 1963 following graduation in Business Administration.
His early years were spent selling real estate in the company office
in Kingston after which he managed that office. In addition to his
management duties he became a fee appraiser for the company and
became president of the Kingston Real Estate Board in 1967.
In 1971 he purchased the company from his father and became
president and moved to Ottawa. He built the company from 34 sales
people to over 150 with 13 offices in Eastern Ontario.
Alan and Pat opened Gale Company Ltd. in January 1996 and have
enjoyed great sucess to date. Their sales to listing ratio is over
75% and sale price to listing percentage is 96%.
Operating a small real estate firm has allowed Alan to devote almost
all of his time to helping clients sell their homes and helping
buyers find the home that best suit their needs. Alan Gale is

Greg Gale - Sales Representative
After working in the architecture industry for one of Ottawa's
largest firms, Greg has begun a second career in the family
business. This unique learned skill set in construction and design
has proved invaluable to both buyers and sellers. As a third
generation Realtor Greg is excited to carry on the company
reputation of integrity, professionalism and service. Greg is
totally committed to helping all his clients achieve their goals
through their real estate investments in residential, condominium
and income property markets.
Colin Weldon, BComm, CGA - Sales Representative
Colin was born and raised in Smiths Falls, Ont. His early
apprenticeship with the world of finance and the realization of the
importance of quality personal service came while working for his
father's accounting firm after moving to Ottawa. He completed his
Bachelor of Commerce at Carleton University and then opened his own
computer consulting firm which he ran for 10 years until his
employees bought it. In 1991 he completed his Certified General
Accountant (CGA) degree. After climbing the sales ranks in a couple
of international companies he became tired of the extensive travel
involved. Real Estate was a natural fit to allow him to return to
his Ottawa roots and still use his extensive sales experience.
He has lived in Ottawa's downtown core, Munster Hamlet, Orleans,
Barrhaven and presently rural Kanata so he appreciates both the
diversity of greater Ottawa and the countryside. He is happily
married to Deborah and is obsessed with their Cocker Spaniel, the
Ottawa Senators and canoeing.
His solid business, sales and professional background will be an
asset for those looking to purchase and sell their home or property.

Terry Steenbakkers, Associate Broker
Terry has been continually employed in the Real Estate industry
since 1975. After working for one year as an assistant, she took
the obligatory courses to become a real estate professional and
cincurrently studied for her Real Estate Brokers license to be one
of the few female brokers in the Ottawa area at that time,
While working at Royal Lepage during the next several years, she
attained monthly and yearly sales achievement awards. In an effort
to pursue as well as expand her real estate career, she left the
re-sale part of the industry and worked in the New Homes side of the
business for several years as a senior manager, gaining valuable
insight into the planning and development, sales and marketing and
basic construction of thousands of homes in the Ottawa area.
Re-entering the re-sale market in 1995, with the additional experience
she has been able to service her clientele successfully in a
knowledgeable, truly professional, yet friendly style.

Patricia Gale, Broker - Residential Specialist
Pat was born and raised in Ottawa and graduated from the University
of Toronto. She entered the real estate business as a sales
representative in 1982 after launching 4 young children into school
full-time.
Energy and enthusiasm abounded as she quickly rose as one of the
leaders of the Albert Gale Real Estate Ltd. organization in sales
for many years. A client-first focus and commitment to do the best
job possible was responsible for her success. "My greatest thrill is
having my clients feel satisfied and confident about their real
estate decisions."
Pat became a Broker and opened her own business in 1995. She has
completed numerous real estate related courses and career up-dates.
Pat has also been involved with the special marketing and promotion
of a seniors residential retirement home and real estate auctions.
Hobbies and interests are downhill skiing, golf, knitting, church
work and family-times. Pat also enjoyed 6 years on the Board of
Directors of a local hospital.
