            Colin was born and raised in Smiths Falls, Ont. His early
            apprenticeship with the world of finance and the realization of the
            importance of quality personal service came while working for his
            father's accounting firm after moving to Ottawa. He completed his
            Bachelor of Commerce at Carleton University and then opened his own
            computer consulting firm which he ran for 10 years until his
            employees bought it. In 1991 he completed his Certified General
            Accountant (CGA) degree. After climbing the sales ranks in a couple
            of international companies he became tired of the extensive travel
            involved. Real Estate was a natural fit to allow him to return to
            his Ottawa roots and still use his extensive sales experience.

               He has lived in Ottawa's downtown core, Munster Hamlet, Orleans,
            Barrhaven and presently rural Kanata so he appreciates both the
            diversity of greater Ottawa and the countryside. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, camping and canoeing.

           His solid business, sales and professional background will be an

            After working in the architecture industry for one of Ottawa's
            largest firms, Greg has begun a second career in the family
            business. This unique learned skill set in construction and design
            has proved invaluable to both buyers and sellers. As a third
            generation Realtor Greg is excited to carry on the company
            reputation of integrity, professionalism and service. Greg is

Jennifer Mather - Sales Representative

As a Buyer Specialist for Gale Company Realty Ltd. Real Estate Brokerage, Jennifer Mather brings 23 years of experience in customer relationship and support management. After 17 years in the Hospitality Industry building loyal customers for several businesses, Jennifer moved into the home security business in the position of Senior Security Specialist.  Defining customer solutions that answer to customer needs is her expertise - and passion. In so doing, Jennifer was awarded the "Outstanding Sales Achievement Award " for highest sales in 2002.  All the while, Jennifer was interested in the real estate industry. She knew she could apply her skills to help people make [one of] the most important decisions in their lives: a home purchase. She enrolled and acquired her Real Estate licence in 2003. Now several years later, with numerous home sales behind her, Jennifer is even more determined to give her clients the finest and fullest representation.

Jennifer lives her favourite quote by Plato, "You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation." She insists on making the home-buying process a wonderful, fun-filled experience.

Alan Gale, Broker

            Alan Albert Gale is a second generation Realtor. He entered the
            business in 1963 following graduation in Business Administration.
            His early years were spent selling real estate in the company office
            in Kingston after which he managed that office. In addition to his
            management duties he became a fee appraiser for the company and
            became president of the Kingston Real Estate Board in 1967.

          In 1971 he purchased the company from his father and became
            president and moved to Ottawa. He built the company from 34 sales
            people to over 150 with 13 offices in Eastern Ontario.  Alan Gale is
